Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial with limited lead credits.
• Users may cancel at any time during the free trial without being charged.
• Unused lead credits during the free trial will not carry over if the user upgrades to a paid subscription.

2. Paid Subscription

• After the free trial, subscriptions automatically renew monthly via Stripe until canceled.
• No refunds are provided for subscription fees once the free trial has ended.
• If you cancel a subscription mid-billing cycle, access to the platform remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

3. Lead Credits

• Lead credits are refundable only if unused at the time of cancellation during the billing cycle.
• Expired or partially used lead credits are non-refundable.
• Lead credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Failed Payment

• In the event of a failed payment, the platform will attempt to retry the charge.
• If payment cannot be processed, the account may be temporarily suspended until the subscription is successfully paid.

• To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and follow the account cancellation process, or contact us via blue1aicompany@gmail.com.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period unless during the free trial.

7. Governing Law

• This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising from refunds or cancellations will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction exclusively.
