Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

• New users may use a free plan with a limited monthly video allowance and platform watermarking on exports.
• Users may upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.
• Unused free-plan videos do not carry over and cannot be converted into paid-plan videos.

2. Paid Subscription

• Paid plans grant a monthly video production capacity as described on our pricing page. Unused videos expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly via Stripe until canceled.
• No refunds are provided for subscription fees for the current or past billing cycles, including for unused video capacity.
• If you cancel a subscription mid-billing cycle, access to the platform remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

3. Video Capacity

• Monthly video allowances are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, whether used or not.
• Video capacity cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Waitlist or promotional discounts apply only as stated at checkout and do not entitle users to refunds or credits.

4. Failed Payment

• In the event of a failed payment, the platform will attempt to retry the charge.
• If payment cannot be processed, the account may be temporarily suspended until the subscription is successfully paid.
• Filing a chargeback on a valid charge — one matching the plan and terms you agreed to at checkout — may result in immediate suspension. You remain liable for amounts owed plus any dispute fees passed on by the payment processor.

• To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and follow the account cancellation process, or contact us via blue1aicompany@gmail.com.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

7. Governing Law

• This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising from refunds or cancellations will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction exclusively.
