Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using ECOTEN HARDWARE TRADING (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and its AI-assisted short-form video co-producer. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination as described below.

2. Your Responsibility for Uploads

• Only upload footage, images, music, logos, and brand materials you own or are licensed to use.
• Obtain consent from every identifiable person appearing in your footage before uploading.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use the platform to create, upload, or publish:

• Videos featuring real, identifiable people without their knowledge and consent — including deceptive edits, impersonation, or misleading deepfakes
• False, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent content, including scams and fake testimonials
• Regulated claims (financial, health, or legal) or advertising and endorsements without the disclosures the law requires
• Sexually explicit content involving any person, or any content exploiting minors
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or manipulation of social-platform ranking and recommendation systems
• Use research, analytics, or content features to target, stalk, harass, or dox private individuals

You also may not:

• Abuse the platform, probe or interfere with its operation, or harm other users
• Share accounts, resell video capacity, or circumvent plan limits and usage metering
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our models, templates, or other users' content
• Use the platform to break the terms of any connected service (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

We reserve the right to remove offending content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

4. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated captions, graphics, voiceovers, music, and video segments may be inaccurate — review everything before publishing.
• Do not present AI-generated people, voices, or events as real without clear disclosure where the law or platform rules require it.
• Where any law or publishing platform requires AI-generated or synthetic content to be labeled, you must label it. Knowing the disclosure rules in your jurisdiction and on each platform is your responsibility.
• You are solely responsible for content you publish, whether human-made or AI-assisted.

5. Enforcement

• We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend features, or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice.
• Termination may include loss of unused videos and stored data, without refund.
• To report copyright infringement, contact blue1aicompany@gmail.com identifying the copyrighted work and the infringing material. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
• We may report illegal activity to law enforcement and comply with lawful disclosure orders.

6. Governing Law

• This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction exclusively.
